Shipping Locations
We currently ship within:
- United States
We do not offer international shipping. We are unable to process, ship, or fulfill orders to any address outside the United States. Any order placed with an international shipping address will be canceled and refunded. All orders ship to U.S. addresses only.
Processing & Delivery Times
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the following business day.
Processing Time
- 1–2 business days
- Monday through Friday
During this stage, orders are prepared, packed, and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Transit Time

- 6–10 business days
- Monday through Friday
Estimated Total Delivery Time

Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping
Pettedy offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
No additional shipping charges apply for standard domestic delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- your tracking number, and
- a tracking link for monitoring delivery progress.
Customers may also track their order directly through our Order Tracking page.
Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number, and
- clear photos of the package received.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked as lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our support team will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue promptly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
Pettedy is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered by the customer.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our Refund & Return Policy.
