At Pettedy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at info@pettedy.com and including your order number.

After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipped and can no longer be canceled. Once delivered, eligible items may still be returned according to this policy.

30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be requested

We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives:

  • damaged,
  • defective, or
  • incorrect,

we will cover the return shipping cost at no additional expense to the customer.

Customer Preference Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • the wrong item was selected,
  • the product no longer meets expectations, or
  • the item is no longer wanted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

Step 1 — Contact Support

Email info@pettedy.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Step 2 — Repackage the Item

Securely pack the item using the original packaging and include all accessories and materials received.

Step 3 — Ship the Return

Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once returned items are received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days

Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items when applicable.

If you would like a different size, variation, or replacement item, please contact our support team at info@pettedy.com for assistance.

Delivery Problems

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost, customers may choose between:

  • a replacement order at no additional cost, or
  • a full refund.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number, and
  • clear photos of the package received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products
  • Opened personal care items for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
